So often in healthcare, “quality” is dictated by regulators and payers. At Rose Medical Center, we want our patients to also define quality so that we meet not only these agencies’ needs but, more importantly, our patients’ needs. At Rose, our goal is to provide clinical excellence, compassionate care and a personal connection with every patient every time.
Every day we make sure that we are providing the highest quality care to our patients. This includes implementation of evidence based standards and best practices, medication safety unlike any other facility in the state, a strong focus on patient satisfaction and patient safety, rapid response teams and condition H, and infection prevention initiatives.
With this goal in mind, we’d like to ask for your input about hospital quality. Please consider the following question. Your response will be anonymous unless you provide us with your contact information.
When you think about quality health care in a hospital, what comes to mind? |
